When a customer goes to the Checkout page on your site, and proceeds to the payment processor, a checkout id is created in the database. This is passed on with the purchase information to the payment processor.
If you use PayPal you don't have to worry about keeping credit card details on your site or setting up SSL. PayPal does all of this. Funds will be paid into the PayPal account that you set up in the PayPal default settings.
If the customer's payment is PENDING due to a number of reasons, the order is recorded in your database and the "pending reason" is also recorded. PayPal will send a second notification when the payment is VERIFIED. This is all done "behind the scenes".
If the customer's payment is VERIFIED, AffiliateGuerrilla(TM) will record the sale in the database and send the customer an email thanking them for the payment.
When the customer clicks on the PayPal button to "Continue" after the purchase s/he will be returned to the Payment received page which you set up in "Manage Payment Settings". The instructions on how your product is delivered should be placed on this page. If you have an electronic product you can place the download file on this page.
If the payment is INVALID or FAILED (due to the customer's credit) the customer will be returned to the Payment refused page and the payment status will be recorded in the database.
On a successful sale, the program will also send an email any referrers (on all levels) if there are any, notifying them of their commission.
You can view all sales by going to the Admin Control Panel and clicking on "View Sales"
NOTE: The "My Sales" button will only show the commission made by the user that is currently logged in. Only the administrator has access to view all leads via the Admin Control Panel.
